- Copier IP address
- Internet access
- Web browser installed
- Admin rights on the computer
How To: Setup Samsung Print Queue – Windows 10
- Open a web browser
- Enter the Samsung support site: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads
- Scroll down
- Select the products of computing
- Select printers
- When you select printers, it will redirect to the HP support site
- Scroll down
- Find Copier Model
- Select Driver
- Download the Driver
- Minimize browser
- Go to downloads
- Select extract
- Select ok
- Select the Destination Location
- Select Downloads
- Select OK
- Select OK again
- Only the Print Driver is Needed
- Minimize Window
- Select the start menu
- Type in control panel
- Select Control Panel
- Select Devices and Printers
- Select Add Printer
- Select printer wasn’t listed
- Select add a local printer
- Select next
- Check and see if the port is already set up
- If Port is not Set Up:
- Select Create a new port
- Select Standard TCP/IP port
- Select next
- If Port is Set Up:
- Select Use an Existing Port
- Select Port
- Select Next
- Select Have Disk
- Select browse
- Select the drop down
- Select the user that’s logged in
- Select downloads
- Select printer
- Select PDL
- Select the INF file Select Open
- Select OK
- Select Device
- Select next
- Type in Name of Printer
- Select next
- Select do not share printer
- Select next
- Select finish
- Right click on printer
- Select printer properties
- Print test page
- Accept the User Agreement
- Select ok
- Close Windows
- The print queue is now setup
